The sessions will be held in a hybrid format (on-site + online). The URLs for each room are shown below. When you join the session, please change the display name to your name and registration number, e.g. "e99 I. Suzuki". Practice Room for POS-V
The practice room for the vitual poster session is located at the following URL.Oral Presentation
- On-site presentations will be given in the session room and transmitted to Zoom by webcam for online attendees.
- Online presentations will be given by Zoom in real-time and projected in the session room.
- Zoom URLs for session rooms will be announced one week before the conference.
- Please note the access code will be e-mailed only to the Registrants.
Each Oral presentation (on-site and online) has 20 minutes: 15 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for Q&A, and 1 minute for alternation to the next.
For Online Oral Presenters
- Online Oral Presenters MUST submit presentation videos (MP4) up to 15 minutes on EDAS (Deadline: Oct. 11).
- The conference staff will play the video instead of the real-time presentation in case of trouble.
- [Attn] If the presenters are ABSENT at the session (Zoom) on time and no submitted video, the papers are treated as "NO-SHOW" and NOT published in IEEE Xplore.
Poster (On-site)
- Panelboards for each poster will be provided each morning.
- The board is 2.1 meters high and 0.9 meters wide, maximum A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g., pushpins, will be at the poster session room.
- Poster titles will be indicated in the label on the panel. Please complete setting up your Poster and Demo before the start time of each session.
- Presenters MUST be in front of the poster panel and present during the core time below.

Demo! (On-site)
- Panelboards, desks, and table taps for each demo will be provided in the morning.
- The board is 2.1 meters high and 0.9 meters wide, maximum A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g., pushpins, will be at the Demo! Session room.
- Demo! titles will be indicated in the label on the panel. Please complete setting up your demo before the start time of session.
- If you have special requests, please contact our support.
- Presenters MUST be in front of the demo booth and present during the core time below.

Virtual Poster (Online)
- Online poster session will be held in the virtual space, SpacialChat.
- Poster materials (JPEG) MUST be submitted on EDAS. Deadline: Oct. 3.
- The poster
JPEG: A4 sized image of landscape orientation - Sufficient resolution image (recommended resolution (4494 x 3179) will be required at Virtual Poster Session.
- Please access to the Virtual Poster Space (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event) and move to the vicinity of your poster.
- The Virtual Poster Space will be opened at 15PM Oct. 20th.
- Please set your displayed name in the SpatialChat as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".

- Presenters MUST stand by your virtual poster and present during the core time below.
[Core time for POS-V]- Odd-numbering posters: 10:15 - 11:00, Oct. 21
- Even-numbering posters: 11:00 - 11:45, Oct. 21
- For practice of POS-V, the practice space (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event) will be opend from 15PM Oct. 18th.

Virtual Demo! (Online)
- Virtual Demo! session will be held in the virtual space, Zoom.
- Presentation video less than 15 minutes MUST be submitted on EDAS. Deadline: Oct. 11.
- Presenters MUST stand by your virtual demo booth and make your demo presentation during the core time.

- Third numbered presenter: 11:25-11:50
- Each presenter's virtual demo booth which is the breakout room will be indicated at the Zoom entrance.

Presentation
Presenters will present their Demo System by using the Zoom system. Each presenter's core time is for 25 minutes. In order to have efficient communication between presenters and the audience, by utilizing some camera devices, etc, an attractive demo presentation should be required.
